Greek Turkey Burger
Juicy, protein-packed burger, loaded with fresh greens and crisp veggies — the perfect flavorful meal to enjoy with family and friends.

Nutrition/Burger
Ingredients:
500 g ground turkey breast
3 garlic cloves-minced
1 tiny red onion-chopped
2 Tbs olive oil
2 tsp dried oregano1
tsp ground pepper
1 tsp salt
4 whole-wheat burger buns-split and toasted
For salad:
50 g feta cheese
50 g fresh spinach leaves
sliced cucumber
sliced tomatoes, sliced bell peppers and arugula
red vinegar
instructions:
1.Combine ground turkey, olive oil, oregano, pepper, salt, chopped onion and garlic in a bowl- Mix well
2.Form 4 turkey burger patties
3.Place the patties in an air-fryer basket/trail and cook at 180°C for about 15 to 18 minutes (turning once at half-time)
4.Make the salad: mix the crumbled feta cheese with chopped spinach leaves and vinegar
5.Form the burgers: place the burger patties on the bottom halves of the buns, top with the spinach salad and place the sliced veggies
